fresh dishes family room
the breakfast offered a wide variety. fresh dishes were available. the family room contained two bathrooms. two toilets were also included, we loved it.

mixed feelings about this stay. honestly
The service at breakfast was not great, i waited quite a while to be seated. also, the room was quite dark. It faced a wall. i really wish i had insisted on a room facing the front because . it was quite irritating waking up to that everyday.

The staff were really kind. They were super polite. i loved how fresh the breakfast was. the high-quality ingredients tasted amazing.
The standard double room felt a bit like a corridor. It was a bit small.

I found the staff very helpful and cute . the location made it easy to walk to many places. the room was well-appointed and comfortable, exactly as i hoped. i also enjoyed the local walking tour included with my stay. It was fun and very informative.
a crane stood right in front of the room windows. the noise became noticeable during the day.

the room included modern amenities, elegant wooden accents, and thoughtful details like an extra blanket. i appreciated the cozy bed and the refreshing rainfall shower after exploring the city. a state-of-the-art bang & olufsen tv was available.

The breakfast was substantial. It was so good i did not need to eat again until dinner. i enjoyed drinks and snacks in the late afternoon. the rooftop bar at the alfama location overlooks the river, port, and historical buildings.

the staff ensured my arrival went smoothly. they handled the luggage and checked me into my room efficiently. the breakfast offerings were consistently excellent and the staff's professionalism was commendable. they even arranged a private driver and an enriching tour of sintra.
